H2O helps Sue Devitt Studio see remarkable results in just one “application”

The Concept
Driving customers to the new Sue Devitt Studio website was only half the battle - the bigger challenge was getting finicky beauty clients to stay … and ultimately, to shop.

The Creative
H2O started with an innate understanding of what upscale customers respond to - creating a user-friendly - yet forward - site. Building on the web presence, an e-mail broadcast was targeted to SDS “laser beamers,” opt-in contacts generated from the H2O-designed holding site.

The Results
This unique push/pull effort generated a remarkable e-mail response rate of 87% - almost 9 in 10 customers who received the e-mail went on to visit the site. Moreover, sales in SDS' outpost, Sephora.com, increased three fold in the one month period following the launch. Now that's beautiful!
